Miller’s Fancy Bath and Kitchen is a business consisting of talented and caring professionals that truly enjoy serving people. Whether you are
working with one of our designers or office personnel you will notice their genuine interest and concern about your particular wants or needs.

There are two ways that we can serve you.

I. Showroom Sales: Working from our showroom with your dimensions, we can help you select and purchase a single product or a package of products.  You can draw on and utilize our extensive expertise for kitchen or bathroom products and design ideas at “discounted” prices.

II. Design Services: We will meet with you in your home to acquire all needed information about your project, present scaled design drawings, detailed estimate, specific product suggestions, recommend a qualified contractor(s), help you select all of the necessary products before the project begins, meet with you in other local showrooms to help you select lighting, granite, etc if unable to do so from our showroom, remain involved in the job until the job is complete and visit your home upon completion to make a final inspection.
 
Initial Consultation (Estimate)
Our designer will visit the job-site, measure, take photos, prepare of our estimate package and showroom presentation.
Space planning and design
Includes our time and expertise to research, develop and draw a scaled plan showing our recommended utilization of your space.
Elevation Drawings
Includes our time to hand-draw detailed elevation views of all pertinent views

Concept Development
Includes our time and expertise to research and develop a décor & design theme that is applicable for your life-style and compliments your home décor. Cabinetry finish, countertops material and color, ceramic tile finishes and fixture style and finishes are part of this process. Lighting Plan
Includes our recommended lighting plan for recessed, pendant and under-cabinet lighting.

Countertop Selection
This service is included with the purchase of countertops. If we are not selling the tops we will consult with the client regarding the product, color, edge style, help price the tops and meet with fabricator when making templates.

Appliance Selection
We will recommend appliance vendors and help direct our client to appropriate choices. We can meet with our client at the vendor’s showroom if needed.

Ceramic Tile Design and Selection
his service is included with the purchase of these products. If we are not selling the tile, we can recommend and prepare a tile design.

On the job involvement
Includes multiple visits to the job-site, phone calls with contractor and/or other professionals working on the job.

Installation
We can install the products we sell. This will be defined and quoted on a per job bases.

Warranty
For two years from the date of customer’s receipt, your warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Contractor Guarantee
When you choose to use our recommended contractor for your project, if necessary, we will pay up to $1000.00 to complete or service his work. This service is not available with discounted sales.
